Procore integration

Connect Procore to the rest of your business.

Procore keeps your projects, drawings and field teams on the same page. We build the connections around it, so data moves between the jobsite and the office without retyping.

Keep it, then extend it

What Procore does well, and where teams outgrow it.

Where Procore shines
  • The project record in one placeDrawings, RFIs, submittals, daily logs and change orders live on one project, visible to the office and the field.
  • Configurable approvalsThe Workflows tool lets admins set approval paths for items like contracts and invoices, routed by dollar amount or other conditions.
  • A large app marketplaceHundreds of ready-made apps cover accounting, estimating, scheduling and more, installed by a company admin.
Where teams hit the limits
  • Accounting runs elsewhereWhen the ready-made connector doesn't fit, costs, commitments and pay applications get reconciled by hand between Procore and the ERP.
  • Subcontractor paperwork arrives by emailInsurance certificates, lien waivers and invoices come in as PDFs and get filed and checked by hand.
  • Reporting across every jobComparing projects company-wide often means exporting from Procore and stitching spreadsheets together.
What we build around it

Connecting Procore to the rest of your work.

01

Procore and your ERP in sync

Commitments, change orders and costs stay matched between the project and accounting.

02

Subcontractor invoices checked on arrival

Invoices are read and compared to commitments and approved change orders before anyone reviews them.

03

Insurance and lien waiver tracking

Certificates and waivers get read, logged and flagged before they expire or hold up a payment.

04

Daily logs from the field

Crew counts, weather and progress notes captured quickly and filed to the right project.

05

Estimate to budget handoff

An awarded estimate becomes a project budget in Procore without re-entry.

06

Company-wide project reports

Budget, schedule and open items across every job in one weekly view.

Before we start

How access works.

A company admin in your Procore account installs a custom connection from the App Management screen and controls which projects and tools it can reach. Procore gives developers a separate test company, so we build and test without touching live projects, and it verifies the developer account before a connection goes live. Apps listed in Procore's marketplace go through partner review, but a connection built only for your company runs privately in your account (see Procore's app FAQ). Procore also caps requests per connection over short and hourly windows, so we design around those limits.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do we have to replace Procore?

No. Procore stays your project system. We build around it and connect what it doesn't reach.

Will this break when Procore updates?

We use Procore's supported connection, test changes in the developer test company first and add checks that alert us if something stops working.

Procore already has an ERP connector. Why build anything?

Use it if it fits. Custom work makes sense when your cost codes, approvals or ERP don't match what the standard connector expects, or when the gap is somewhere it doesn't cover, like subcontractor paperwork.

A few sentences is plenty. We'll tell you what we'd connect first, and whether a ready-made app already does the job.
