Vendor invoices are read, coded and entered as bills for a person to approve.
New and changed customers stay matched, so nobody cleans up duplicates at month-end.
Payments collected in other systems get applied to the right invoice.

For companies still on Desktop, a connection that runs alongside it on a Windows computer you control.
Someone with admin access to your QuickBooks Online company approves the connection through Intuit's secure sign-in, and it can be disconnected at any time. We build and test against a free Intuit test company first, never your live books.
