ServiceTitan integration

Connect ServiceTitan to the rest of your business.

ServiceTitan runs your calls, dispatch, jobs and invoices. We build the tools and connections around it, so the office stops copying data between systems.

Keep it, then extend it

What ServiceTitan does well, and where teams outgrow it.

Where ServiceTitan shines
  • Every job from call to invoiceBooking, dispatch, the technician app, estimates and invoicing share one record for each job.
  • A pricebook in the fieldTechnicians quote from a shared pricebook on a tablet, so pricing stays consistent across crews.
  • Built-in follow-upAdd-ons like Marketing Pro run estimate follow-ups, service reminders and campaigns from your own customer data.
Where teams hit the limits
  • The back office still copies dataPayroll, purchasing, equipment and a separate ERP often need numbers moved over by hand.
  • Reports that mix systemsOwners want ServiceTitan numbers next to payroll, ad spend and finance data, and that ends up in spreadsheets.
  • Processes unique to youWarranty claims, rebates, commercial bids and service agreements with unusual rules rarely fit the standard screens.
What we build around it

Connecting ServiceTitan to the rest of your work.

01

Job costing with payroll and purchasing

Labor and materials from other systems tie back to each job for true margin.

02

Warranty and manufacturer claims

Parts and serial numbers from completed jobs feed a tracked claims list.

03

Commercial bid and contract tracking

Bids, contracts and recurring work in one place, tied to ServiceTitan customers.

04

Owner reporting across systems

Revenue, close rates and technician numbers side by side with finance and marketing data.

05

Vendor bills matched to jobs

Supplier invoices are read and matched to purchase orders and jobs before payment.

06

Rebate and financing paperwork

Forms for utility rebates and financing get filled from job details for a person to check.

Before we start

How access works.

ServiceTitan allows two kinds of connections. Certified apps come from software vendors that ServiceTitan has reviewed. A custom connection has to be your own: built for your company, connected with your own access keys and hosted in accounts you control, and ServiceTitan offers this to customers on The Works or Enterprise Plus packages. ServiceTitan prohibits handing your keys to outside software you don't control, so anything we build is set up in your accounts and stays yours (see ServiceTitan's approved integration paths).

FAQ

Common questions.

Do we have to replace ServiceTitan?

No. ServiceTitan stays the center of your jobs. We build around it and connect what it doesn't cover.

Will this break when ServiceTitan updates?

We use only ServiceTitan's supported connections, test in a separate integration environment you request from ServiceTitan, and add checks that alert us if something stops working.

Is a custom connection allowed by ServiceTitan?

Yes, on the right package. ServiceTitan supports customer-built connections for companies on The Works or Enterprise Plus, as long as the software is yours and your keys stay in your control. We confirm your package and setup before any work starts.

A few sentences is plenty. We'll tell you what we'd connect first, and whether a ready-made app already does the job.
